Our classes are appropriate for all levels, but beginners will find this especially satisfying. Boston Body Yoga The class is a fusion of several styles of yoga including Vinyasa, Hatha & Beginner Power Yoga. The class includes work on poses and deep stretching. Classes are mixed ability and students are encouraged to work at their own level. Zen Stretch Fusion The class is based on Paul Grilley's Yin Yoga style which emphasizes holding stretch poses.
