     Boston Body is proud to be a  Balanced Body Pilates Certification Center in our Newtonville location.
Boston Body Pilates  Method follows the principles developed by Joseph Pilates during the 1920s to provide a simple exercise program for all people to enhance body conditioning, flexibility, alignment and balance. Pilates connects the mind and body, heightening the senses and elongating muscles without building bulk.  Boston Body Pilates provides an energizing workout tailored to each client.

   These simple exercises enhance body conditioning, flexibility, alignment, and balance.  After a month of practicing Pilates 3 times a week, people have tighter stomachs, firmer arms and legs, better posture, and feel healthier and stronger.  It is no surprise that the Pilates method is a favorite among celebrities including Madonna, Vanessa Williams, and Sharon Stone. They choose Pilates because it is effective, requires little time, and delivers results. All of our sessions are designed to be safe and provide a motivating workout at your own level of fitness.
