Begin your Teacher Training journey by taking one of our convenient weekend courses.  Entry Level Courses require no pre-requisites. Only a passion for movement and the desire to INSPIRE OTHERS.  Whether you are pursuing a professional career in Pilates or you just want to learn more about your own Pilates Practice, you will enjoy building a foundation with these courses.
Our three Entry Level courses are Mat One, Anatomy, Reformer One and Boston Body Barre.

We encourage you to go at your own pace.  Take one course at a time for a flexible schedule and budget.
Or complete weekend courses and apprentice hours in 9-12 months with our “fast track.”
