Yoga

Many of our clients enjoy supplementing their Pilates practice with our wonderful Yoga Classes. Our Boston Body Yoga Classes appeal to all levels. Each 50 minute class will tone and stretch your entire body and your instructor will help you achieve proper alignment. Boston Body Yoga is a fusion of yoga styles, with an emphasis on Vinyasa Flow. Classes are mixed ability and students are encouraged to work at their own level.
