Our Spinning classes are geared towards all fitness levels and are a great way to get your recommended cardio in! We offer three types of Spinning classes: Zen Spin for people who want a more gentle ride; Spin Sculpt includes toning work for problem areas; and Spin Bootcamp offers a more lengthy, challenging ride, but you can still go at your own pace.
